("we" or "us") Bounty features services provided by third parties ("Services"). Use of the Services is also governed by Pirate's Bounty's Privacy Policy and other related policies, which are incorporated herein by reference.
You must agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy before accessing or using the Services, including browsing any Pirate's Bounty website or accessing the App.
By using the Services, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you represent that your legal guardian has read and agrees to these Terms.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not: (1) copy, modify or create derivative works based on the Game, Application or Services; (2) distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, loan or lease the Game to any third party, Application or Service; (3) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, Application or Service; or (4) make the functionality of the Game, Application or Service available to multiple users through any means. We reserve all rights in and to the Games, Applications or Services not expressly granted to you in these Terms.
The Company and its affiliates are not responsible for any of the following: (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content; (2) personal injury, property damage, or loss of data resulting from your access to or use of the Service; (3) failure to Authorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information or user data; (4) Interruption of transmissions to or from the Service, or deletion or failure to store or transmit any content or communications; (5) Any third party that may be on the Service or any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses or similar information transmitted through the Service; (6) the failure of the Service to meet your expectations or requirements; or (7) any loss or damage caused by the use of any content posted or shared through the Service.
You understand and agree that any materials or information downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own risk and that you will be solely responsible for any harm resulting therefrom. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly made in these Terms.
